Imagine Picture Viewer is a lightweight image editor, viewer, and uploader that can easily satisfy many of the novice Windows OS users who can promote it into the default image viewing app on their PC. The app is fast, simple to use, and features a useful selection of tools for common daily use. This includes not only basic tools for resizing, cropping, light editing (brightness, contrast, color balance, and other tools), and converting into popular image formats, but also transform images and photos with a wide array of filters (Grayscale, Sepia, Pixellate, Oi-Painty, Black'n'White, and others).
